Deepest Underwater Postbox

There is a mailbox located underwater off the coast of Susami in Wakayama prefecture.
10 metres (32.8 ft.)

The mailbox is an actual mail collection point officially recognized as part of Susami’s postal system.

Each day the contents are collected from the box, which reportedly contains as many as 200 pieces of mail at the busiest times.

Would you deliver to it?

Hmm good question, I have never dived before so if I liked and was okay with diving then I might :) I am sure they make more money for having to do that every day lol.

That is so hilarious! I have never dived either and I think I wouldn't like it. I would feel scared being under water like that with all the equipment... and fish and creatures swimming around me.

I wonder what they do to keep the mail from getting wet.

P.S Woohooo for a blog update! It's about time! :P

lol I know I am such a slacker!

When I went snorkling it was horrible, but I think diving would be different because I wouldn't have to remeber to breath a certain way or not tilt your head a certain way or waves wouldnt mess me up...although I must admit fish swiming around me was crazy I mean I could touch one they were so close...they didn't seem to be afraid..I was afraid to swim threw them lol

that reminds me I need to go get them developed

Oh good, I am not the only one who thinks snorkling is awful! Once was enough for me!
